Nearly 200 brand new apartments and single family homes are nearing completion on the East side of Hendersonville.
This project is located just off 4-Seasons Boulevard on the former Bo Thomas property accessed off Dana and Tracy Grove Roads.
Local housing administrators are saying that projects of this size can help the massive housing needs here in the Hendersonville/Henderson County area and they look forward to its completion.
The new buildings can be seen from the right side of 4-Seasons Boulevard going out of town.
Residents who live near the new project express their concerns that it is going to cause a 'traffic nightmare' during certain hours of the day on Dana and Tracy Grove Roads.
