A man was arrested and charged in a statutory rape case in Henderson County.
On Wednesday, Feb. 2025 there was an investigation into an alleged sexual activity between an adult and minor, the Henderson County Sheriff's Office said.
Uriel Cruz Dominguez was arrested and charged by the Henderson County Sheriff's Office with:
- Statutory rape by an adult
- Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile
The press release said a bond will be set on Thursday, Feb. 27 by a district court judge.
