Former Congressman Madison Cawthorn has sold his home in Hendersonville.
County property records show the home sold for $700,500 in March 2023.
In August 2022, the single-term 11th district representative bought a home in Cape Coral, Florida for $1.1 million.
In January, Cawthorn confirmed he had moved to Florida.
Cawthorn lost in last year's primary to Congressman Chuck Edwards.
