Fran Shelton, Hendersonville High School Band Director for twenty-eight years has received the Edwin Franko Goldman Award. The award was created as a symbol of high esteem and respect and as a measure of appreciation to recipients as a measure of appreciation and gratitude for outstanding personal contributions to the school band movement.
