Fletcher Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a male suspect in a credit card fraud investigation.
Police said the male subject is believed to have obtained a victim's credit card information through the use of a "skimmer" device and then subsequently made purchases in the Fletcher and South Asheville area on Nov. 24.
The vehicle used during the illegal purchases is described as a dark-colored Ford sedan.
Anyone with information as to the suspect's identity or whereabouts, and anyone who believes they were similarly victimized in the Fletcher/South Asheville area, is asked to contact Fletcher Police Det. Emily Beauchamp at 828-687-7922.
