A Brevard man has been arrested and charged in a fatal hit-and-run that happened Wednesday in Hendersonville.
William Badham Lorenzana, 26, of Brevard, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree murder with the potential of additional charges, authorities said. Lorenzana turned himself in to Hendersonville Police.
Jo Anne Ruth Blanton 62, of Hendersonville was struck and killed at the corner of South Main Street, and Kanuga Road.
