AdventHealth has signed an agreement to officially take over management of St. Luke's Hospital in Columbus, N.C.
Once the transition is complete, the hospital will be renamed Advent Health Polk.
According to a spokesperson for AdventHealth, the agreement will also include several physician and ambulatory care clinics.
The changeover is expected to be completed in October.
